 Service and Scope

• Authorization: The customer's prior written / verbal permission for diagnostics, repairs, and test drives.
• Presence: We stipulate that the customer or a designated adult must be present during the service, with accommodations considered upon request and approval.
• Service Location: Defined that services are provided at customer-specified locations with adequate access and that the customer assumes risk for the location.
• Right to take Photos: We reserve the right to take photos of completed work for documentation, training, and marketing purposes. 

Pricing and Payment

• Billing Structure: Clearly outlined charges in billing invoices, including trip fees, labor rates (minimum charges and hourly billing), parts, and applicable state and local taxes.
• Estimates vs. Final Price: It is stated that any estimates provided are subject to change based on the final scope of work and unforeseen conditions.
• Payment Due Date: Payment is due upon completion of services (or the end of each day's current services), including accepted payment methods.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation/rescheduling policy (24-hour notice).

Warranties and Liability

• Labor Warranty: Labor warranty within 30 days. Services rendered the original owner and is void if the work is altered by others.
• Parts Warranty: It is the customer's responsibility to handle warranty claims with the manufacturer, including associated labor or shipping costs.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE SITE OWNERS BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL (INCLUDING DAMAGES FROM LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOST PROFITS, LITIGATION, OR THE LIKE), SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATING TO THE SERVICES, YOUR SERVICES USE, OR THE CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICES AND/OR CONTENT IS TO CEASE ALL OF YOUR SERVICES USE.

You may have additional rights under certain laws (including consumer laws) which do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, the exclusions or limitations in these Terms that directly conflict with such laws may not apply to you.

• Mechanic's Lien: A mechanic's lien is acknowledged on the vehicle to secure payment for completed repairs. If said repairs are not paid in full within 60-days of invoice delivery.

Legal and Miscellaneous

• Governing Law: Agreement is governed by the laws of Texas.
• Dispute Resolution: Good-faith discussions, mediation, or arbitration.
• Modifications: We reserve the right to update the terms and conditions without prior notice.
